A recent survey council areas of Australia showed up to 58% of homes had wiring or other electrical problems!

The National Electricity Code Administrator (NECA) and Electrical Regulartory Authorities Council (ERAC) are recommending to each State Government in Australia, to introduce mandatory electrical inspections and certifications of compliance on all domestic properties sold.
